Design & Photography
Creative Market – Creative Market is my favorite place to shop for creative goodies. Here, you can get some of the best WordPress themes, fonts, stock photos, graphics, and so much more, at any price range. It’s the ultimate design resource!
Canva – I normally use Photoshop for any graphic design, but I believe Canva is best for most bloggers because it’s so easy. You can create nearly any type of promotional graphic for social media, as well as business cards, flyers, and simple logos – all for free.
Lightroom – Lightroom is the best tool on the market for editing photos for your blog or Instagram. You can purchase presets or just tweak the photos yourself until you’re happy with them, and there are tons of tutorials out there to help you. There are lots of other mobile apps that allow you to edit your photos but Lightroom is my favorite by far.
Etsy – Everyone knows you can get handmade goods on Etsy, but did you know you can also get stuff for your blog? So many shops here offer logos, branding kits, themes, and Lightroom Presets at very affordable prices!
MailerLite – MailerLite is my favorite free email marketing tool. It’s super easy to use, with lots of templates and simple customizations. And it’s free for up 1,000 subscribers.
Buffer – Buffer is an amazing and FREE social media scheduling tool! You can easily create timeslots and queue your content to go out at those days and times. It has some great features, it plays well with other tools and applications, and it’s very affordable if you choose to upgrade.
Tailwind – This is the ultimate Pinterest scheduler! With Tailwind, you can add pins to different boards and schedule them to go out over time. You can also loop pins and join Tribes, which allow you to get better reach on your content. Very useful if your marketing strategy includes Pinterest!
CoSchedule – My personal favorite social media scheduling tool is CoSchedule. It integrates right into WordPress, so you don’t have to worry about trying to sync up your blog and social schedules. It also has the ability to automatically choose times to post and fill your queue. It’s like having your own social media assistant! It’s a bit pricier at $30/month, but I think it’s worth it!
